Hygiene Manager Blackpool £50,000 – £55,000 Monday – Friday (Days) A leading manufacturing business based in Blackpool is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to take ownership of site hygiene standards and drive best practice across the operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused individual to play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and pest control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Role: Lead and manage all site hygiene activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards Take ownership of pest control management, working closely with external providers where required Develop and implement robust cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures Ensure the site meets all food safety / hygiene regulations (where applicable) Conduct regular audits and inspections, driving continuous improvement Train and support staff to maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards Act as the key point of contact for all hygiene-related matters on site About You: Proven experience in a Hygiene Manager / Hygiene Lead role within manufacturing Strong experience or exposure to pest control management Good understanding of hygiene standards, audits, and compliance requirements A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Confident managing processes, people, and external contractors Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams Apply now or get in touch to find out more about this opportunity
