Hygiene Operative

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of machinery and factory areas. You will be working with one of the UK’s leading free-range and organic egg businesses, with operations spanning farming, packing, and processing. You will be supporting them within their Egg Innovation Centre (EIC).

Key Responsibilities

* • Perform daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas.

* • Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

* • Handle chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.

* • Adhere to company hygiene and food safety procedures.

* • Always ensure proper use of PPE.

* • Actively contribute to health and safety policies, ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues.

What We're Looking For

* We are seeking someone who is:

* • Detail-oriented and methodical.

* • Well-organised and able to work effectively under pressure.

* • A strong team player with excellent organisational skills.

* • Proficient in spoken and written English.

* Essential Requirements

* • Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential.

* • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
