ICT Project Manager
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Take full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ICT and technology-related projects within construction programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, contract obligations, and company objectives.
* Lead and coordinate the project team across all disciplines, including ICT, construction, design, commercial, planning, and HSEQ, to ensure effective collaboration and seamless integration of technology systems.
* Manage the project programme and drive progress on ICT deliverables, identifying and resolving technical, schedule, or budget-related issues that could impact project success.
* Act as the main point of contact for the client, technology vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication, progress reporting, and relationship management.
* Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and change control processes in collaboration with the commercial team to ensure financial and contractual targets are achieved.
* Oversee procurement, installation, and integration of ICT systems, hardware, and software, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
* Ensure that ICT deployments comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, promoting a culture of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
* Drive project close-out, commissioning, and handover activities for all ICT systems, ensuring documentation, testing, and client requirements are completed to a high standard and on time.
You Will Need:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing ICT or technology projects, preferably within construction or engineering environments.
* Detailed understanding of ICT systems, network infrastructure, and data management within construction projects.
* Experienced in Health & Safety procedures related to ICT installations on construction sites.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
