Several inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Northampton are seeking to appoint dedicated Inclusion Support Practitioners from March 2026. These schools serve diverse student communities, including pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism, and those at risk of disengagement or exclusion. This is a high-impact, student-facing role-perfect for someone passionate about inclusion, resilience, and restoring confidence in learners facing barriers to education.
