Skills, Experience, and Education: - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and site managers. - Knowledge/Expertise: Fully qualified electrician with a JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition certification. - Innovation: Ability to identify and implement efficient solutions in machine panel work. - Business Impact: Demonstrated experience in machine panel disconnections and labelling up, ensuring high standards of workmanship
