What we're looking for:
* Minimum 12 months' experience within Industrial Recruitment
* Strong business development and account management skills
* A proven billing track record
* Confidence to build and grow relationships at all levels
* Energy, resilience, and a genuine hunger to succeed
The role:
* Winning and developing new business
* Managing and growing existing client accounts
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
* Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike
* Achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
