Our client is seeking an Influencer Outreach Executive to join team The role: * Identify and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning with our brand’s aesthetic and target audience. * Manage TikTok’s Affiliate Program, onboarding influencers and ensuring high-performing partnerships. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators. * Negotiate contracts, gifting strategies, and commission structures for influencer partnerships. * Track campaign performance, analysing key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimising strategies accordingly. * Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging influencers, and competitor campaigns. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with brand campaigns and product launches. * Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. * Manage influencer databases, outreach templates, and reporting tools. Requirements: * At least 1 year of experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or affiliate marketing * Experience with TikTok’s Affiliate Program and understanding of influencer commission structures. * Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns and driving measurable sales. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build genuine relationships with influencers. * Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools, e.g. TikTok Creator Marketplace, Upfluence, Tracker, etc. * Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of social media trends. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple collaborations at once. * Creative mindset with the ability to develop campaign ideas that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials. *By submitting your CV, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as stated on our website and consenting to us processing your personal details in relation to current/future job opportunities.
