Apply NowOur client is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our established and highly skilled manufacturing team. Working primarily with Arburg injection moulding machines (35T–200T) and an Engel 300T, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient, high-quality production while supporting continuous improvement across the moulding department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically capable individual who can confidently set machines from scratch, optimise processes, and troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Currently we are running a day shift with a forward vision of running mornings and afternoons as the company continues to grow. A future degree of flexibility in working shifts will be required.
* Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience in injection moulding setup & operation
* Strong technical knowledge: mould setting, process adjustment & troubleshooting
* Proven problem‑solving skills – identify & resolve issues efficiently
* High attention to detail for precise setup & consistent quality control
* Full understanding of workplace safety standards & procedures
