Injection Moulding Setter £15.00 – £18.50 per hour Telford We are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a busy manufacturing site based in Telford. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-established plastics operation, working on a range of moulding machines and products. Key responsibilities: · Setting and operating injection moulding machines · Carrying out tool changes and machine start-ups · Adjusting machine parameters to ensure quality and efficiency · Monitoring production and minimising downtime · Identifying and resolving basic faults · Working closely with production and quality teams Working hours: · Rotating shifts: o 06:00 – 14:00 o 14:00 – 22:00 · Night shifts may also be available · Overtime available Requirements: · Previous experience setting injection moulding machines · Understanding of plastics manufacturing processes · Ability to carry out tool changes and troubleshoot issues · Good attention to detail and quality · Flexible approach to shift work What’s on offer: · Long-term, stable position · Competitive rates of pay · Overtime opportunities · Established and well-equipped facility
