Intensive Housing Management Officer

Intensive Housing Management Officer (Temporary – 3 Months) Based in Shrewsbury | Regular travel to Bridgnorth & Oswestry £23 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intensive Housing Management Officer on a 3-month temporary contract, supporting housing patches in Oswestry and Bridgnorth. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on delivering intensive housing management across Independent Living schemes and Temporary Accommodation homes, making a real difference to tenants who need additional support. The Role You will be responsible for: * Carrying out intensive housing management visits * Managing tenancies from sign-up through to sustainment * Monitoring rent accounts and addressing arrears early * Completing support and safeguarding referrals * Working closely with vulnerable residents, including those with complex needs * Dealing confidently and professionally with challenging situations * Supporting residents within Sheltered and Independent Living schemes About You We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience in a Housing Officer or similar housing management role * Is confident with tenancy management, sign-ups and rent account monitoring * Has experience supporting vulnerable or high-need customers * Ideally has worked within Sheltered or Independent Living environments * Is organised, resilient and able to work independently across multiple locations * Holds a full driving licence and is happy to travel regularly This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Greenacre Recruitment Ltd who are operating as a recruitment agency and business
