Interim ER Advisor
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within a unionised environment, preferably from the Public or Not-for-profit sectors. Your role will involve Employee Relations casework mainly covering performance, ill health and grievances and you should have experience of supporting on investigations as well as managing hearings. The successful candidate will have: -
Professional HR Qualifications, a degree or equivalent qualification
CIPD Qualification or working towards it
Proven HR case work experience, including but not limited to disciplinary processes, grievance, absence management and claims of harassment and bullying
Demonstrable experience in analysing and risk managing cases, delivering appropriate solutions
Experience of advising staff and managers
Experience of working with trade unionsParking is available on site for drivers.
