Interim Reward & Benefits Adviser
Reporting to the Head of Reward, the role will include supporting on the following and a handover to the permanent appointee when they start: -
Organisation pay model for their annual pay award
Provide analytical support and mentoring
Diversity pay gap model
Risk benefits and insurance: data specification and renewal reporting for third parties
Salary survey submissions involve working with pay data
National Living Wage, Real Living Wage, and Minimum Wage: Compliance checks in the rewards context
Benchmarking
Job families and pay ranges, job evaluations
