Interim Technical Services Manager | London | £600/day (Inside IR35) | Immediate Start Seeking an Interim Technical Services Manager to join a high-profile London estate on an immediate start basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced building services professional to lead technical operations across a diverse, multi-asset portfolio, delivering operational excellence and driving performance. The Role: * As an Interim TSM, you will be responsible for overseeing MEPHH systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & HVAC) across the estate, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service delivery across all sites. * You will manage supply chains, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with facilities, property, and asset management teams. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all technical services across multiple assets, including MEPHH systems. * Oversee supplier performance and ensure contracts meet KPIs and SLAs. * Drive operational compliance and safety across the portfolio. * Support project handovers and lifecycle maintenance strategies. * Identify and implement service improvements, cost efficiencies, and innovation initiatives. * Provide expert guidance to FM, PM, and wider estate teams. Requirements: * Proven experience in building services/engineering within multi-site estates. * Occupier-side experience highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of MEPHH systems and technical services. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to manage interim supply chains and drive high performance. * Immediate availability for a London-based on-site role.
