Astute Recruitment are seeking an experienced Interim Transactional Finance Manager to join a friendly, supportive team within a rapidly growing company in NG10. This is a key finance leadership role, with direct reports and reporting directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
* Ensure timely processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and manage tight deadlines
* Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers and reconcile with the General Ledger (GL)
* Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting
Requirements / About You:
* Proven experience managing a finance team
* Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
* Proactive, organised, and capable of driving process improvements
