A highly regarded luxury interior design studio is seeking Mid-Weight and Senior Interior Designers to join its growing team. Renowned for delivering exceptional private residential, hospitality and bespoke super-prime projects both in the UK and internationally, this is an opportunity to join a design-led studio working at the very highest level.

The studio is recognised for creating elegant, timeless interiors where creativity, technical excellence and attention to detail are paramount. Projects range from prestigious private residences and heritage estates through to international luxury developments.

The Opportunity

We are keen to speak with talented Mid-Weight and Senior Designers who possess strong design flair, technical capability and experience delivering high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to completion, working closely with directors, clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure exceptional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards and client presentations
• Produce detailed drawing packages and technical information
• Manage projects from design stage through to installation and handover
• Attend client, supplier and site meetings
• Specify finishes, materials, furniture and bespoke joinery
• Manage FF&E schedules, budgets and procurement processes
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme and the highest design standards
• Support and contribute to the wider creative culture of the studio

Ideal Background

• Experience within luxury residential, super-prime or high-end hospitality interiors
• Suitable for strong Mid-Weight Designers ready to step up, or established Senior Designers
• Excellent eye for detail, colour, proportion and materiality
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing drawing packages
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple live projects
• Commercial awareness including budgets and project timelines
• Confident communicator with polished presentation skills
• Passion for exceptional design and craftsmanship
