Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years’ experience in civil engineering and highways, to join a team delivering early contractor involvement (ECI) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading contractor on infrastructure schemes across the North West. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing cost plans, estimates, and forecasts for civil and highway projects. * Support commercial and contractual processes during the ECI phase. * Review subcontractor proposals, invoices, and variations. * Prepare QS reports, cost analyses, and maintain accurate documentation. * Work closely with project managers and senior QS staff to ensure commercial control. Requirements: * 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or highways projects. * Experience in ECI/early contractor involvement preferred. * Knowledge of NEC, JCT, or similar construction contracts. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Relevant QS qualifications (MRICS or working towards preferred).
