Internal Logistics Operative – Late Shift

Our client, a well-established manufacturer supplying major supermarket chains across the UK, is currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join their team on a late shift due to continued growth and expansion. Location: Sandy Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Late Shift – 16:00 – 02:00 Schedule: Monday to Thursday (40-hour week) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus 25% shift premium Please note: the successful candidate will initially complete a 4-week training period on the day shift (07:30 – 16:00). Key Responsibilities * Receiving and checking incoming goods * Safely storing materials in designated warehouse locations * Picking parts and materials required for production * Assisting with stock control and inventory checks * Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment * Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets * Following all company procedures and health & safety guidelines Skills & Experience * Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment is beneficial * Good attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Basic numeracy and communication skills * Flexible and proactive approach to work Experience with warehouse management systems, an FLT licence, or a driving licence may be advantageous but are not essential.
