Internal Marketing Manager opportunity | Cambridge (Hybrid) £24,000 - £32,000 + bonus Permanent Are you someone who would thrive bringing clarity, structure and a whole load energy to shape how a company communicates internally? We are looking for someone who can sit at the centre of a (truly awesome!) FinTech organisation, connecting leadership, product, commercial and operations so everyone understands what’s happening across the business. The job itself? You would be; Turning exciting product and business updates into clear internal communications Ensure the whole team is informed and aligned before any external launches Support leadership updates and company wide briefings Create summaries of business performance and key initiatives Keep internal knowledge hubs organised and up to date with all the great company news Help celebrate wins and milestones!
