Internal Sales Account Manager
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Proven Sales Account Management or BDM experience, with a proactive approach to developing profitable relationships
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and overcome objections
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and focused on meeting and exceeding targets
* Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
* Developing both new and existing sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls, and lead follow-ups
* Building strong business relationships and maintaining and developing an existing portfolio of established clients
* Communicating and consulting with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
* Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails
* Generating new and repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
* Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
* Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and customers
* Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
* Upselling products and services
