Apply NowWe are looking for a highly organised Internal Sales Executive with a proactive and self-motivated approach, to join our established client based in St Ives.
This full time permanent Internal Sales Executive role combines sales support, customer account management and business development.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up quotations, building relationships and identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
Key Responsibilities for Internal Sales Executive
* Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales administration.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Proactively follow up sales leads and quotations to secure business.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
* Generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
* Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information.
* Prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
* Support the achievement of sales targets and wider team objectives.
Skills required for the Internal Sales Executive role
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Previous experience in sales, sales administration or customer service..
* A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to use your own initiative.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
