Internal Sales Support

We work with some of the world’s leading technology vendors and support a strong network of channel partners across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Support professional to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys supporting sales teams, building relationships with partners, and ensuring smooth order processing. What You’ll Be Doing * Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and partner enquiries * Preparing pricing and sales documentation for channel partners * Processing orders and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams * Liaising with vendors to obtain pricing and deal registrations * Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated * Maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems * Supporting vendor promotions and sales campaigns Key Responsibilities Sales Support * Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team. * Prepare and process customer quotations in line with vendor pricing and company margins. * Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, and sales documentation. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and orders within CRM systems. * Support the sales team with deal registrations and vendor portal submissions. Order Processing & Coordination * Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into internal systems. * Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. * Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives. * Resolve order discrepancies or issues efficiently. Customer & Partner Support * Act as a key point of contact for partners and customers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability. * Assist in maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. * Respond promptly to enquiries and provide accurate information on products and services
