Inventory Controller

Valenti Recruitment are working on behalf of a growing business in Middleton who are urgently looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join their team.

This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse operation, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of stock accuracy and control.

The Role

* Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels

* Leading PI counts and full stock takes

* Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies

* Processing and managing stock journals

* Overseeing goods receipting / goods in processes

* Working closely with warehouse and operations teams

* Daily use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as an Inventory Controller / Stock Controller

* Strong working knowledge of Navision (ESSENTIAL)

* Experience with:

* PI counts

* Stock control processes

* Goods receipting

* Stock reconciliation

* Highly analytical and numerate

* Strong attention to detail

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
