The Role * Speaking with high-net-worth and qualified investors * Presenting investment opportunities over the phone and via virtual meetings * Managing inbound enquiries and self-generating new business * Building and maintaining a strong client pipeline * Understanding client goals and matching suitable investment products * Closing deals and consistently hitting revenue targets * Keeping up to date with market trends and product knowledge What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a sales environment (investment sales preferred but not essential) * Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills * Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner * Money-motivated with a competitive edge * Resilient, target-driven, and hardworking * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “sales floor” style environment What’s On Offer * £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE) * £80,000+ On-Target Earnings (Uncapped Commission) * Structured training and ongoing development * Clear progression pathway within the business * Incentives, team socials, and performance rewards * Supportive, close-knit team culture Why Join?
