What we are looking for in a recruitment consultant:
• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in IT 360 permanent/contract recruitment
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong screening candidates skills
• Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates
• Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals
• Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
