Our client is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to join their ICT team, providing essential support to a key operational site. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1st line and limited 2nd line IT support to end users Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting Perform basic network diagnostics and issue resolution Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory Support user onboarding and offboarding processes Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams where required Requirements: Experience in IT support or service desk roles Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with Entra ID / Active Directory Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Driving licence essential This role offers the opportunity to develop within a structured IT environment supporting critical operations
