IT Support Engineer
If you’re strong across Windows support, confident with users, and comfortable picking up some Linux troubleshooting, this will suit you well.
You’ll be responsible for:
* 2nd Line Support across Windows, M365, Intune and AD
* Linux troubleshooting (Ubuntu)
* Incident management and escalations
* Supporting small desktop and infrastructure projects
* Working closely with a demanding, technical user base
* Contributing to a positive, proactive team culture
What You Need
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Strong Windows support experience (5+ years)
* Good knowledge of Intune, Active Directory, M365
* Basic Linux (Ubuntu) troubleshooting
* Confident communication — no wallflowers
* Ability to work fully on‑site (Mon–Fri)
* A proactive, reliable approach and strong problem‑solving skills
Nice to have:
* Experience supporting scientific or highly technical users
* Exposure to server builds, scripting or small project delivery
* Degree‑educated (not essential if experience is strong)
