Jeopardy Support
🔧 Duties
• Provide administrative support to managers for smooth daily operations
• Analyse operational data and escalate risks or concerns
• Track and report KPIs on performance and productivity
• Coordinate engineer workloads to maximise efficiency
• Prepare and share progress reports
• Conduct regular check-in calls with engineers
• Maintain accurate internal system records
• Monitor job statuses and liaise with engineers
• Handle queries and support customer complaint resolution
• Assist with resolving disputes on completed work
• Support the Senior Operations Manager with performance improvements
• Investigate and analyse aborted jobs

• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Previous admin experience
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
• IT literate (including Microsoft Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
