Apply NowBelmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Job Analyst to join Cheshire East Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct job analysis interviews with managers and stakeholders
* Produce accurate and compliant Job Description Questionnaires (JDQs)
* Provide guidance on NJC job evaluation processes
* Support job evaluation panels where required
* Manage a high volume of evaluations linked to restructuring activity
About You
* Proven experience in job evaluation and job analysis
* Strong knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme
* Experience completing JDQs and supporting evaluation processes
