We are recruiting multiple Job Evaluators for a rolling temporary contract within a large public sector organisation, offering a competitive day rate (inside IR35 via umbrella) with an immediate start.

Candidates must have prior job evaluation experience within a Local Authority and be trained in recognised evaluation frameworks.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Job Evaluators to join a large, complex public sector organisation on a rolling temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering robust and consistent job evaluation processes within a structured HR environment, supporting organisational design and pay frameworks.

Description

Undertake job evaluation processes in line with established frameworks
Analyse job roles, job descriptions, and organisational structures
Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across evaluations
Support HR and management teams with job evaluation outcomes
Contribute to wider workforce and organisational change initiatives

Profile

Must be a trained Job Evaluator
Proven experience conducting job evaluations within a Local Authority setting
Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and frameworks
Confident in analysing role profiles and organisational structures
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
