Job Running Architect Birmingham Up to £50,000 DOE Aztrum is proud to be partnering with an AJ100 architectural practice in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Job Running Architect to join their Residential team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of major housebuilding and large-scale residential schemes, leading projects through the technical and delivery stages on high-quality developments. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role: • Run residential projects from post-planning through to completion • Lead major housebuilding and multi-unit residential schemes • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams • Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages in Revit • Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery • Act as the primary client contact during delivery stages • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards • Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover • Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members Requirements for this Job Running Architect role: • Proven experience running residential projects independently across all RIBA stages • Revit experience essential • Experience working on major housebuilding or volume residential developments • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing • Confident managing consultants and liaising directly with clients and contractors • Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines If this opportunity is of interest to you, please contact Harley on (url removed) or alternatively call (phone number removed) for more information
