Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician Leicester Up to £50,000 DOE Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician to join their Mixed-Use team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, running schemes from technical design through to delivery, while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician role: • Take responsibility for the technical delivery of mixed-use projects • Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages • Manage day-to-day project running under the guidance of senior staff • Coordinate consultants and assist with resolving on-site and design issues • Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect/Architectural Technician role: • Proven experience running projects within a UK architectural practice • Experience working on mixed-use or complex commercial schemes • Strong technical detailing and coordination skills • Revit experience essential • Confident communicator with good project management ability To express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed), or contact him on (phone number removed)
