Apply NowThe appropriate candidate will be working in the design department interpreting technical drawings / 3D visuals from Architects, and then producing technical 2D/3D drawings through AutoCAD/SOLIDWORKS. Once approved, all information is to then be booked out onto the shop floor to prepare for manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in designing to manufacture
Experience with joinery
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Ability to read architectural drawings and convert to a working document
Softwares
Proficient in AutoCAD OR Solidworks.
Requirements:
* Must have good working knowledge of AutoCAD software
* Produce 2D/3D joinery manufacturing drawings for client approval
* Good understanding of joinery manufacturing desirable but not essential
