Joinery Production Operatives – Immediate Start Cadley, Wiltshire £12.21 per hour Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 We are currently recruiting Joinery Production Operatives to join a well-established doors and windows manufacturing company based in Cadley, near Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with woodworking or construction experience, from entry-level through to more experienced operatives, who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Key Duties: * Sanding and preparing wooden window and door frames ready for finishing * Assisting with the assembly and manufacturing of doors and windows * Recreating and fitting wooden components as required * Using basic woodworking tools and machinery * Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in construction, joinery, carpentry, or woodworking (any level considered) * Good practical skills and a strong attention to detail * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team * A positive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on offer: * Immediate start available * Full-time hours, Monday to Friday * Long-term temporary opportunity with a reputable manufacturer If you have hands-on skills and enjoy working with wood, we would love to hear from you.
