Junior Artworker

Job Title: Junior Artworker / Packaging Designer (Illustration Focus) We’re looking for a Junior Artworker / Packaging Designer with a passion for illustration to join our clients creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to develop their technical artwork skills while contributing creatively to packaging and brand visuals. Key Responsibilities: * Support the creation of print-ready artwork for packaging across a range of formats * Assist in adapting and rolling out packaging designs across different SKUs and markets * Develop illustrations to support packaging concepts, campaigns, and brand assets * Work from existing design files to make updates, amendments, and revisions accurately * Learn and apply packaging and print production requirements, including working with dielines * Collaborate with designers and other teams to ensure artwork meets brand and technical standards * Maintain organised files and follow established workflows Skills & Experience: * A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field * A strong portfolio showcasing illustration skills and an interest in packaging or branding * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) * Good attention to detail and willingness to learn technical artwork processes * Ability to take feedback and develop skills over time * Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude Desirable: * Any internship or placement experience in a design or packaging role * Familiarity with print processes or packaging formats * Interest in FMCG, retail, or product-based brands What We’re Looking For: Someone creative and curious, with a strong illustration style and a keen eye for detail.
