Are you looking to build a career in procurement? We're seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to join a busy manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience who is keen to progress into a Buyer role, with support towards relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Place and progress purchase orders
* Build relationships with suppliers and track delivery performance
* Resolve supply and delivery issues
* Work closely with production and planning teams
* Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP/MRP systems
About You:
* Experience within a purchasing, procurement or supply chain role
* Background in manufacturing or engineering
* Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communication
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Fast learner with a proactive approach
* Ambitious and keen to develop a long-term career in procurement
