Junior Contracts Manager – Construction (Office Fit-Out) Location: North Reading (Office-Based) Salary: £45,000 (approx.) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Manager to join our growing team, specialising in commercial office fit-out projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career within construction and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery. This is a predominantly office-based role in North Reading, with regular visits to project sites. Hybrid working is not offered, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing commercial office fit-out projects from start to finish * Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects * Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams * Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources * Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day project challenges What We’re Looking For: * A proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and develop * Interest or background in construction or fit-out projects * Willingness to be hands-on and become an all-rounder in project delivery * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work both in the office and on-site This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction, with opportunities to take ownership of projects and grow into a fully-fledged Contracts Manager
