You’ll handle customer enquiries, prepare cases, explain products clearly, and support senior advisors while developing your own advisory capability.
Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable financial insurance products

Provide clear, accurate and compliant information to help clients make confident decisions

Support senior advisors with case preparation, documentation and follow‑up

Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory standards

Build strong customer relationships through trust, clarity and excellent service
*
Work towards achieving relevant financial qualifications (CeMAP supported)
*
Upsell and cross‑sell additional products where appropriate
*
Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
*
Support the wider team with administrative and customer‑service tasks
