The Role
You’ll join a supportive, growing financial services team as a Junior Finance Advisor, helping customers choose the right financial insurance products and protection solutions. This role suits someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long‑term career in financial advice and sales.
You’ll receive full training, ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified advisor role. CeMAP is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable financial insurance products

Provide clear, accurate and compliant information to help clients make informed decisions
*
Support senior advisors with case preparation, documentation and follow‑up
*
Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory standards
*
Build strong relationships with customers through trust, clarity and excellent service
*
Work towards achieving relevant financial qualifications (CeMAP supported)
*
Upsell and cross‑sell additional products where appropriate
*
Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
*
Support the wider team with administrative and customer‑service tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll be a confident communicator with a genuine interest in financial services and helping customers make the right choices. You’ll be organised, detail‑focused and comfortable explaining products in a simple, friendly way. CeMAP qualification is a bonus, but we’re equally happy to support someone who is motivated to learn and progress. A background in customer service, sales or financial administration is helpful, but attitude, professionalism and willingness to grow are what matter most.
