Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate or have 1–2 years of hands-on assembly experience and looking to join a business that will genuinely invest in your development?

We’re working with a fantastic, well-established engineering business specialising in a complex electromechanical product. Due to an internal promotion, they’re looking to bring a Junior Mechanical Assembler into the team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced engineers and build a long-term career with a company known for excellent training and development.

You’ll be:

Assembling mechanical components and products using engineering drawings and diagrams.
Using a range of hand tools and carrying out basic soldering.
Quality checking completed assemblies and identifying any defects.
Reworking and repairing products where required.
Developing your technical skills within a supportive and experienced team.We’re looking for:

Mechanical Engineering BTEC Level 3 or similar, or 1–2 years’ hands-on assembly experience.
Someone practical, hands-on and keen to learn.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
A positive, self-motivated and flexible attitude.What’s on offer?
