Junior Network Engineer | £35,000
We're currently partnering with a well-established technology organisation that operates its own large-scale production infrastructure and invests heavily in developing early-career engineers. This is not a service desk or ticket-only environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative engineering team where junior engineers are given real responsibility, exposure to live networks, and structured mentoring from senior network specialists. The team has a strong reputation for training and internal progression, many of their engineers have grown from junior level into specialist and senior positions within the business. What you’ll be doing Supporting implementation and configuration of network infrastructure Assisting with troubleshooting and incident resolution Working alongside senior engineers on change and project work Monitoring network performance and reliability Gaining exposure to routing, switching and production environments What they’re looking for CCNA (completed or studying) Graduate Network Engineers welcome Sandwich year / internship experience 1–2 years commercial experience also considered Salary £30,000-£35,000 + 10% Bonus They’re not expecting someone to know everything, attitude, fundamentals and curiosity matter far more.
