Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title:- Junior Quantity Surveyor Location- North West London Type:- Perm Salary:-Competitive With a turnover of over £25 million, one of UK’S bespoke Specialist Drylinning Contractor are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within drylining,celiengs and Partitions. * Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position * Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain * Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages * Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan * Assist Management of cost changes throughout project * Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts * Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream * Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into North West London and Central London and have previous experience working within Drylining Contractor valued between £100,000-£5Million Should you meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV to the below email address
