Job Title: Junior Project Specification Sales Manager Location: West London (Showroom/Gallery-based + London travel) Sector: Commercial Interiors – Hospitality Focus About the Role A well known manufacturer of interior products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Specification Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career to develop within the commercial interiors sector, supporting high-profile hospitality projects across London. Based in our West London gallery, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales process, engaging with clients, and helping to build strong relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Assist the senior sales team with day-to-day project coordination Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Track project progress and maintain CRM records Client Engagement Act as a first point of contact for showroom visitors and incoming enquiries Host clients in the West London gallery, presenting products and solutions Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Specification & Project Work Assist in securing product specifications for commercial projects Work on multiple hospitality-led projects (hotels, restaurants, bars) Liaise with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met A&D Account Development Build and nurture relationships with architects and designers across London Proactively identify new business opportunities within the A&D community Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings About You Strong interest in sales, design, and commercial interiors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in client-facing environments Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks Previous experience in sales support, interiors, or showroom environments is advantageous but not essential What We Offer Opportunity to work on exciting, design-led hospitality projects Exposure to leading architects, designers, and developers A collaborative and creative working environment Clear progression path within a growing sales team £50,000 - £55,000 + 20% bonus structure Hybrid Company Car Pension Structured training & development 25 days holiday How to Apply If you’re passionate about design, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in specification sales, we’d love to hear from you
