Key Account Co-Ordinator
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, managing daily communication and maintaining high service standards
* Build strong relationships through proactive communication and a solutions-focused approach
* Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing updates on orders and service performance
* Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations through to resolution
* Accurately process customer orders and coordinate with Planning teams to meet delivery schedules
* Monitor shortages and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers
* Produce weekly and monthly customer order tracker reports
* Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation where required
The Candidate
* Previous experience within a customer service, account coordination, or supply chain support role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment would be advantageous
* High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
* Confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office packages
