Windlesham £30,000 About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Key Account Support Coordinator to support a portfolio of client accounts. You'll act as a key link between clients and internal teams, helping ensure smooth communication, efficient service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for client accounts Support communication between clients and internal teams Handle enquiries, issues, and service requests promptly Assist with resolving complaints and improving processes Manage helpdesks, client portals, and raise purchase orders Support reporting, KPI tracking, and client reviews Work closely with colleagues to ensure client requirements are metAbout You Strong client service and communication skills Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proactive and solutions-focused Confident working independently and as part of a team Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
