We are currently recruiting experienced Kitchen Fitters to join a leading social housing contractor working across tenanted properties in the Ashington area.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking long-term, consistent work with a well-established contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of complete kitchens within occupied (tenanted) social housing properties.
Expected output of approximately one kitchen installation per day.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes.
Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Manual Handling Certificate
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Working at Heights Certificate
Face Fit Certificate (can be provided by us if required)
Previous kitchen fitting experience, ideally within social housing or occupied properties
Own tools essential
Own transport essential
