KS2 Teacher
We are looking for an experienced and creative KS2 Teacher to join a specialist nurture primary provision in Merton. This role sits within a therapeutic primary setting that supports pupils with SEMH needs, delivering a personalised curriculum that balances academic progress with emotional development and wellbeing. You will be: • Teaching a KS2 class within a nurture provision • Delivering a play-informed and developmentally appropriate curriculum • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs using relational and trauma-informed approaches • Embedding creativity, including art or drama, to support engagement and regulation • Building consistent, trusting relationships with pupils • Working collaboratively with the wider school team The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs. A strong understanding of developmental learning approaches within KS2, along with creativity and a commitment to relational practice, is essential. Think this could be the role for you?
