Job Title: KS2 Teacher Location: Rochdale Start Date: April 2026 Pay Rate: £140 - £240 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time (long-term) About the Role The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum, ensuring pupils are supported, challenged, and prepared for their next stage of education. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum Differentiate learning to support all abilities, including SEND and high achievers Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where applicable Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold professional standards The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing Excellent communication and organisational skills Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
