EYFS Teaching Assistant - 3 Days per Week Location: B45 Start Date: ASAP Agency: Aspire People Contract: Part Time (Monday-Wednesday) Aspire People are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday) in a welcoming primary school in B45, starting as soon as possible. This role will involve supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support children's learning, development and wellbeing. Key responsibilities: Supporting children within the EYFS classroom Assisting with learning through play and structured activities Supporting children's communication, social and early development skills Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment Working collaboratively with the class teacher and EYFS team The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with EYFS or nursery-aged children Be patient, caring and enthusiastic Have strong communication and teamwork skills Be reliable and able to commit to 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday) Location: B45 Working Pattern: 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday) Start Date: ASAP Agency: Aspire People All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references in line with safeguarding requirements.
