We are currently recruiting for a Tile Manufacturer based in Barton who is looking for reliable and hardworking Versatile Operatives to join their production team. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, as you will rotate between various tasks across the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Stacking tiles for drying
Assisting with mill preparation
Loading and stacking clay (up to 25kg) onto pallets
Supporting tile production and manufacturing processes
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working as part of a team to meet production targetsWorking Hours:
Approximately 56 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
Saturday working required, with every other Saturday off
3 x 20-minute breaks per day (1 unpaid)Requirements:
Physically fit and able to handle manual work, including lifting
Flexible and willing to rotate between different duties
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
