HVAC Labourer / General Site Operative

Job Overview:
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across different aspects of site work. You will support engineers across multiple disciplines, including air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and general mechanical installations. No specific trade background is required - this role is ideal for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and willing to get involved wherever needed on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general labouring support across HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing works
Assist engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
Carry materials, tools, and equipment across site safely
Support multiple trades depending on daily workload requirements
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment
Load and unload deliveries and prepare materials for jobs
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous construction or site experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Flexible attitude
Good level of physical fitness
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
